Support Outside of Yoga Classes: I'm only a WhatsApp message or an email away. Whether you have a question about your practice, need a reminder for a pose we worked on, or just want to share how you're feeling, I’m here to support you between sessions, too.

Every session begins with a short check-in. I’ll ask how you’re feeling that day, if anything specific is going on in your body or life, and what you'd like to focus on. This helps me create a safe, supportive, and relevant practice for you.
2. We Move Mindfully
I guide you through a sequence that aligns with your needs — whether that’s building strength, easing tension, increasing mobility, or simply finding space to breathe and reconnect. Expect clear instructions, personalized modifications, and plenty of space to explore.
3. We Pause, Reflect, and Breathe
At the end of the session, we take time to rest and integrate. This might include guided relaxation, breathwork, or a quiet moment to notice how your body feels. You’re always welcome to ask questions or share feedback — your voice matters in this space.
4. You Receive a Personalized Plan
After each session, you’ll receive a short, easy-to-follow plan or sequence to practice at home. This helps you carry the benefits of our work into your everyday life, build consistency, and make meaningful progress between sessions — even when we’re not on the mat together.
