Private Online Yoga
Private online yoga sessions offer the same personalized, therapeutic approach as in-person classes — from the comfort of your own home. Each session is tailored to your unique body, goals, and lifestyle, whether you’re looking to relieve pain, improve mobility, reduce stress, or simply deepen your practice.
We’ll meet live on Zoom, where I’ll guide you through customized sequences, alignment support, and breathwork designed specifically for you. After each class, you’ll receive a recording of the session, which will remain available until your next private online yoga class — so you can revisit the practice as often as you like.
Online private yoga is ideal if you:
Want to address specific health concerns or areas of tension (e.g., back, hips, shoulders, stress, or sleep)
Prefer practicing at home, on your own schedule
Need flexibility without travel time
Are looking for therapeutic tools to support recovery, performance, or everyday life
