Well-rounded and complete yoga class where you’ll move through a variety of poses and sequences while exploring the balance between movement & stillness, effort & ease, and strength & surrender. A great amount of attention is given to the correct alignment of the body which makes the physical practice of yoga safe and effective.

Therapeutic application of yoga to offer you real-life benefits off the mat. Different techniques and practices of yoga will be applied to promote holistic wellbeing and alleviate health conditions such as back/shoulder/hip pain, chronic stress, digestive issues, and insomnia.
