This compact 2-hour event combines a Yang to Yin yoga class followed by a hands-on smoothie workshop—giving you the perfect blend of movement, relaxation, and practical inspiration.

🧘‍♀️ Part 1: Yang to Yin Yoga with Tanja

We’ll begin with an active yoga sequence designed to move energy, build strength, and release tension—followed by a restorative section focused on cooling, calming, and resetting the nervous system. This balance helps you feel refreshed, centered, and more in tune with your body and the season.

The class is suitable for all levels, and you'll be guided with care through the shift from movement into stillness—an approach that mirrors the rhythm of summer itself.

🥤 Part 2: Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Workshop with Amal

Next, Amal—Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and founder of Wonderlivings—will guide you through a practical, inspiring smoothie workshop rooted in anti-inflammatory nutrition.

Amal’s personal journey as a brain cyst survivor transformed her understanding of food as medicine. In this 45-minute session, she’ll show you how to create nourishing smoothies that support your goals, taste amazing, and help you feel your best this summer.
